The Importance of being "Greenlit"...
A #GreenLight cannot be overstated or overestimated. Put simply, a #GreenLight is someone giving you permission to do something or be someone you want to do and be, but lack the internal fortitude to fully realize without someone saying, “Yes. Go for it. I believe in you.” We get so used to hearing, “No” that we forget the power of someone we respect looking us in the eye and saying, “YES”.
“You have permission to prove your critics and haters wrong.”
“You have permission to tell your lizard brain (fear) to shut up.”
“You have permission to let go of that toxic relationship.”
“You have permission to fail, get back up, and try again.”
“You have permission to be rejected and to move on with courage.”
“You have permission to be kind to yourself when you blow it.”
“You have permission to succeed without apologizing to anyone.”
“You have permission to be a victor instead of a victim.”
“You have permission to surround yourself with positive people.”
“You have permission to let go of fear and to pursue freedom.”
“You have permission to exceed your family’s expectations of you.”
“You have permission to not let past failure define your present identity.”
“You have permission to start small constantly celebrating little wins.”
“You have permission to have your own dreams and stop disowning your desires.”
“You have permission to embrace who you are instead of comparing yourself to others.”
“You have permission to win without downplaying the thrill of your hard-fought victory.”
“You have permission to see in other people things that they don’t see in themselves.”
“You have permission to finally and fully go after the life you were destined for.”
Very few who are “Lit” get there with being “Greenlit”.
Consider yourself #GreenLit.
